The Forum of Young Leaders ICE is a single platform for the development of international youth cooperation among the countries of the Arctic region.

Within the Forum young leaders of the Arctic will create their projects, the best of which will be included in the Roadmap of international youth events until 2023.

CREATIVE INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT
Within the laboratory participants will discuss the prospects for creative industries development in the countries of the Arctic Council in the post-covid period, they will also share ideas and experience in the development of northern cities. The topic of the discussion platform is organization of creative spaces. In the process of cooperation, the participants will make proposals for creating the Roadmap as well as launch their own international projects. What will it be – for you to decide!
VOLUNTEERING
Within the laboratory participants will share their international experience in overcoming the challenges of the covid-19 pandemic and discuss the organization of systemic and private volunteering in the world, the problems of volunteers and environmental volunteerism. In cooperating the participants will develop proposals for creating the Roadmap as well as implement international volunteer missions.
BUSINESS ACCELERATION
As part of the laboratory discussion platform participants will discuss how business was transformed during the pandemic, they will also share their experience in nature tourism development with regard to fragility of the Arctic ecosystem. The main topic of discussion is business and entrepreneurship in the Arctic: subsidies, public-private partnerships, investments, start-ups, scale-ups and other possible forms of business acceleration in the region. Participants will also be able to develop international business cooperation projects and share their experience in the infobusiness industry.
YOUTH MEDIA DEVELOPMENT: LIFE IN A NEW INFORMATION REALITY
Participation in the laboratory will allow the members to discuss the information positioning of the Arctic territories and the prospects for media development. Due to the strengthening of friendly relations between the member countries of the Arctic Council the participants will be able to develop cooperation proposals for the Roadmap. You will be able to implement any of your media ideas!

Urbanism and branding of the northern territories
Implementation of youth social projects
Systemic and private volunteering
Youth media, ethno and travel blogging, information promotion of the Arctic
